“The general aim of the Winter School is to provide participants with a set of theoretical and applied tools to conduct and critically evaluate methodologically and statistically rigorous research in psychological science. Furthermore, innovative research hypotheses and collaborations between participants and teachers will be stimulated. The 5-day program will consist of lectures by internationally recognized speakers and workshops in which participants will be given the opportunity to discuss their ongoing research projects with both teachers and peers.” (source: University of Podova)
The winter school is for PhD candidates, post-doctoral research fellows and early career scholars from a variety of disciplines and approaches within psychological science. Fee is 450€.
Among the invited speakers are also two from the Netherlands: Rens van de Schoot (Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences, Utrecht University, The Netherlands) and Eric-Jan Wagenmakers (Department of Psychological Methods, University of Amsterdam, Amsterdam, The Netherlands).
