Are you a confidential counselor RI?

Many cases that land on your desk as confidential counselor research integrity probably share one characteristic: there’s a conflict with (potentially) drama-intense interactions. How do you prevent yourself from ending up as part of the drama at play, and how can you stop the drama from escalating? On September 16, from 9:30 am until 12:30 pm, NRIN organizes a workshop together with Claartje van Sijl, an experienced coach and trainer for academics. In this workshop you will learn about the roles people play in a conflict with the Karpman Drama Triangle model. You experience the dynamics of the conflict roles or positions of the Victim, the Persecutor, and the Rescuer, and explore strategies to focus on a solution as you take a center position, which combines sensitivity, compassion, and responsibility.
