Find the results of this project here.

The aim of the NRIN website is to provide a broad range of information about research integrity. One of those is a collection of useful materials for education on research integrity. Movies can be useful in education because students can identify and empathize with the (main) characters and get a feel of the moral dilemmas and sometimes subconscious values and unwritten rules in academia. The aim of this internship is to create an annotated list of movies in which research integrity plays a role, and discuss the value for education of each movie.

This practical internship (group work) can be extended as a Master thesis project (individual, open to ideas of the students).
The project is a close collaboration of NRIN with prof. Inez de Beaufort (dept. Medical Ethics and Philosophy, Erasmus MC).

This selection is an incomplete convenience sample, and does not reflect NRIN’s vision or opinion. Including an item does not necessarily mean that we agree with the authors nor does it imply we think unmentioned items are of poorer quality.

Please report any suggestions, inaccuracies or nonfunctioning hyperlinks etc. that you discover. Thanks in advance!
