Last modified: October 18, 2018

During the opening of the academic year at KU Leuven on 24th of September, Rector Luc Sels stressed the importance of research integrity. He dedicated the entire opening to research integrity. He wanted to make clear that a university cannot do without scientific integrity. Among other things, he wants to use the Bonn PRINTEGER statement as a framework to give the policies further content and depth. He also proposed to enter the metrics for ethics movement and refers to the ARCA project (Academic Research Climate Amsterdam).
