Henk ten Have studied medicine and philosophy and worked in the Universities of Maastricht and Nijmegen, the Netherlands, and as Director of the Division of Ethics of Science and Technology of UNESCO in Paris. He retired in 2019 as Professor of Healthcare Ethics in the Center for Healthcare Ethics at Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, USA. Since 2021 he is Research Professor at the Faculty of Bioethics, Anahuac University Mexico. His latest books are: Bizarre bioethics – ghosts, monsters and pilgrims (2022) and The Covid-19 pandemic and global bioethics (2022).
