Yolande Voskes

Yolande Voskes (PhD) has a background in nursing and (mental) health sciences, and during her work as a nurse in psychiatry, she became interested in ethics. She is now working as an assistant professor at the department of ethics, law and humanties of the Amsterdam UMC and as a senior researcher at mental health institute GGZ Breburg. She is responsible for the ethics education of the faculty of medicine of the VU and besides the development of education she loves teaching herself. Moreover she is still involved in research in psychiatry, important topics for are the prevention of coercion and recovery.
